Service Working and Smaller Authorities; lessons learned at Tandridge

Tandridge District Council has gained considerable advantage from its shared services activity, though perhaps has not succeeded in delivering any proposal to its full potential. This workshop builds on the experience from Tandridge and covers joint working under different models, defining shared services (as against partnerships or joint working) and the challenges of leadership and legal considerations.
