Mandira Sarkar, Business Partner - Shared Services, Surrey County Council

Mandira Sarkar has an MBA from a leading Indian Business School and has over 13 years experience in Management Consulting, Economic Development and Business/Change Management both in India and the UK. She has spent the last six years working in the UK Economic Development environment leading the Innovation and Enterprise Agenda on behalf of the Regional Development Agency and its partners.

Mandira has recently joined Surrey County Council as a Business Partner within its Shared Services Centre and is currently working across the Services looking at and supporting the council wide Business Transformation programme. She lives in Guildford with her husband and very grown up six year old daughter.
