Warwickshire is not new to partnership arrangements, having set up a facilities management company in the 1980's and collaborated with other counties in joint procurement. Tony Isaacs will share his views, drawing on a range of experiences, including his involvement in the Warwickshire Direct Partnership, through which shared CRM facilities have been implemented in collaboration with the County's district council partners.
