Public and patient engagement is critical in delivering better healthcare. But this is often the last thing on the mind of a healthcare professional. This session will try to address this issue by looking at some relevant digital examples within health and local authorities. It will also look at lessons from other healthcare systems such as the US, and provide opportunities for discussion with peers on how to make Health 2.0 a reality in the UK, including frustrations in making this a reality!
