Vicky Sargent, Client Services Director, Boilerhouse Media
Vicky is Client Services Director at Boilerhouse Media Ltd. A marketing, communication and business development specialist, she has particular expertise in online and digital communications for public sector organisations including local authorities, government departments and the NHS. She is a member of the Better Connected and Website Performance Improvement teams run by local authority IT and digital professionals’ organisation Socitm, for whom she recently wrote the report: 'Better served, customer access, efficiency and channel shift'.
Vicky speaks regularly at conferences on web, social media and customer access issues. She has led web projects for among others, NHS Pensions, NHS North West, Oldham Council, Enfield Council, Control Shift and Making a Difference with Data. A graduate of Oxford University, Vicky worked for PA Consulting and Shandwick, and was chief executive of a trade association, before forming the company which became Boilerhouse in 1992.
