David Morgan, Estates Optimisation Programme Director for DTI

David Morgan is a management consultant with 20 years experience of working with major organisations in both the private and public sectors. David specialises in managing complex programmes and implementing change. At the DTI, David was Programme Director for their flexible desking "2 Roof" programme and is currently Programme Director for the Estates Optimisation Programme.

David's long consulting career includes many years at both PricewaterhouseCoopers and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. He is now co-founder and managing director of his own consultancy, tressillian consultants.
