Email Management Marketplace
Email Management in the public sector is a fast-growing and challenging segment of the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Records Management markets. The primary reasons for this market growth are:
- Regulatory and legislative pressures and increased demand for electronic discovery have led to a growing need for information management systems to adhere to compliance requirements.
- The sheer volume of inbound and outbound emails generated across the public sector (and the workload that this communication involves) has led to growing interest in technology solutions that can help maximise efficiency.
In early 2006, to launch the Email Management Marketplace, we will conduct a survey of public sector organisations to identify specific individuals interested in reviewing how technology solutions can be best utilised to address the challenges posed by email.
Then in March, those with a current interest will be invited to review the solutions offered by leading suppliers in the market and select those that they would like to meet-up with on 12 April 2006 at the CBI Conference Centre - either by attending a vendor presentation or demonstration or via a brief pre-arranged one-on-one meeting.
