Tom Robbins, Campaigner, Battlefront, Channel 4

Tom Robbins was one of the 20 teenage campaigners featured in the Channel 4 series Battlefront. He ran a campaign called Random Acts of Kindness which aimed to make people kinder and more community-aware. Tom performed many kind-related stunts and organised a festival of kindness, Kindival, to promote his campaign.

The campaign has been a great success and led Tom to focus on other similar projects. He now works full-time as Head of Content for an online platform for fun events for charities and good causes called LeapAnywhere.com. His main role here is to manage an entirely volunteer-driven online video platform with over 175 videos representing over 150 charities. Tom is also involved with other projects and events including serving as a youth advisor to the Timebank charity and a member of the Youth Steering Group for the Youth Led Media Summit for the Institute of Global Ethics this December.
