Stephen Hilton, Connecting Bristol, Bristol City Council

Stephen Hilton leads Connecting Bristol, www.connectingbristol.org the city council's Digital Partnership. He professional interests include Web 2.0, Digital Inclusion, Green ICT and wireless and broadband connectivity. Stephen is a Board Member of DC10plus, the national Digital Inclusion network.

Previously, Stephen worked as Bristol City Council's Corporate Consultation and e-Participation Manager. During this time he establishes a leading role for Bristol City Council in the area of e-participation. The city was named European City for e-Democracy and Stephen received a personal award as BT Innovator of the Year in the National Government Computing Awards.
