Noella Edelmann, Researcher, Centre for E-Government, Danube University Krems
Noella Edelmann is a researcher at the Centre for e-Government at the Danube University for Continuing Education Krems, Austria.
Beside conducting research, she is responsible for international co-operations with universities and businesses, managing international projects and organising the yearly international eDem - eDemocracy Conference (www.donau-uni.ac.at/edem). Furthermore, she is managing editor of an international OA e-Journal JEDEM, the eJournal for eDemocracy and Open Government (www.jedem.org).
Her main research interests are internet behaviour and user experience in the context of e-Government and e-Participation, and digital citizens. She is presently also a PhD Student at Leeds Metropolitan University, UK.
