Election Information Websites: Taking forward lessons from the Election Alarm Clock & My Election pilots

The 'Election Alarm Clock' was recently piloted by Lambeth Council and the Electoral Commission as a customised, interactive, online way of reminding citizens using email that a local or national election is coming up, to improve turnout. This workshop will discuss an evaluation report on the project and discuss general issues relating to benefits and problems of use of the web before and after elections for reminders, registration, candidate information and other uses.
