Rachel Sefton-Smith, Quality and Accessibility Manager, Brightwave Brightwave is the UK's leading workplace e-learning specialist, with an award-winning reputation for quality, engagement and impact. Rachel has over 15 years' experience of quality assurance and testing for e-learning programmes, having previously headed up EpiCentre, Epic Group's testing and localisation facility. She is responsible for all Brightwave's ISO9001:2008 quality processes, as well as testing and releasing deliverables. She specialises in designing appropriate processes for specialist projects, with a particular interest in accessibility.
