Ricardo is now Global Web Developments Coordinator in Shell, and is responsible for all global developments in the internet platform as well as its web standards, including accessibility, usability and branding. He was previously a User Experience team leader on consultancy companies in countries like Portugal, Spain, UK and Ireland. Working for different types of clients in the mobile, banking, government and media environments. He has an Executive MBA from IE business school in Madrid, originally from Portugal he now loves to spend his free time driving his motorcycle around the Netherlands and surfing the waves of Scheveningen whenever he can.
