Workshop D: OneVoice workshop: It need not be complicated if you know where to start
Chair: Peter Abrahams, Accessibility Practice Leader, Bloor Research
Graeme Whippy, Senior Manager, Group Disability Programme, Lloyds TSB
Robin Christopherson, Head of Accessibility, AbilityNet
Paul Walsh, CEO, Segala and CEO, MetaCert

Once a decision has been made to improve the accessibility of a system the first question is 'Where should we start?' This sessions looks at three different approaches to this question:
- Graeme Whippy will introduce the Maturity Model which provides a simple way to analyse the current situation and provide a road map for improvement.
- Robin Christopherson will discuss using an external consultancy to provide an initial assessment and suggestions for key improvements.
- Paul Walsh will promote getting feedback from your users as a quick way of finding issues that are really effecting accessibility.

Obviously these are not mutually exclusive solutions but a range of methods that can be used.

There will be time for questions and answers at the end of the session.
