NHS Care
Record Development Board where she worked to ensure the accessibility
of new NHS information systems. Technical Author of 'PAS 78: Guide to Good
Practice in Commissioning Accessible Websites' and was founder Chair of Bsi
Standard’s web accessibility technical committee, tasked with producing the
UK’s first British Standard on web accessibility.

Media Age Effectiveness Award 2005 for 'The Greatest Individual Contribution
to New Media', and winner of 'lifetime achievement' award at the Imperatives
Digital Awards 2007
