As business analysis leader, Interactive Consumer Marketing it has been Tim's job to collate, guide, shape and define the business requirements for all Ford national web portals. This included managing the user experience, creative design, system design, training an implementation of the content management system. Starting with a blank canvas meant that Ford had the ability to design the sites to be inclusive and to educate all those involved throughout the design and implementation.
As the Accessibility Champion for the Disability Action Group my mission is to educate the internal Ford community and the external companies we interface with about being accessible to all. Driving understanding and change and the use of newer inclusive technologies.
