Ruth Loebl, ICT Development Officer, Royal National Institute of the Blind (RNIB)
Ruth has carried out technology assessments with disabled individuals in employment and education, and participated in many accessibility-related projects around the UK and in Europe. Lately she has been concentrating on helping employers, purchasers and developers to design, procure and implement IT systems that are accessible to people with disabilities.
She has spoken at a number of international technology and disability conferences and seminars, including an "Accessibility Requirements for Public Procurement in the ICT Domain" workshop hosted by the European Commission in Brussels, and the international "EuroSTAR" Software Testing Analysis and Review conference.

many articles in the specialist and mainstream press, as well as an RNIB booklet
