Miranda has acted for both small and large employers across a range of contentious and non-contentious employment issues, including large scale business reorganisation and redundancy programmes. Since qualifying in 1989, Miranda's clients have included a number of household names from the leisure, construction, security and IT industries.

Miranda has also achieved many successful outcomes for employees on cases ranging from whistle blowing to sex and disability discrimination. Miranda is the Supervisor for the Legal Services Commission Funded work under the Firm's Employment Law Specialist quality mark and also represents the Firm's clients as a solicitor advocate. Miranda is an experienced trainer and lecturer.
