Mel Poluck is senior reporter for E-Government Bulletin on the use of IT by the public sector and its sister publication E-Access Bulletin, an email newsletter on technologies for people with a vision impairment. Mel formerly wrote for Future Health Bulletin, which focused on the use of technology in the health sector and currently oversees the E-Access Bulletin Live blog.

She has also written on e-government for The Guardian and The Insight, one of the publications of the Institute of Revenues, Rating and Valuation

She has also been a Spanish teacher and taught English as a foreign language following a BA in Linguistics with Spanish and European Studies.
