Accessing Automatic Telling Machines (ATMs) is problematic for many people with a disability but moves are being made to address this, such as lowering kiosks for wheelchair users and adding audio output for vision impaired users. Use of biometrics, or using parts of the body to identify people in banking and availability of statements in accessible formats are also up for debate.
