Dave Emerson, Solution Architect, Ford

Dave is the Solution Architect for Ford Financial Europe's Service Centre Systems and a core member of the Ford Disability Action Group. His interest and involvement with disability in the workplace stems from both the profession elements of his role and his personal perspective of being Dyslexic, and recently expanded by the ongoing effects of an RTA four years ago.
