The future of an increasing amount of online information on local public services, and online transactions, will be delivered or accessed through centralised national portals. Our opening plenary will examine what council web teams need to know about these supersites (Directgov, Businesslink, NHS Choices), how to interact and work with them (including technical, content and service delivery issues) and how this relationship will develop as the sites grow and change in the future.
