Ted Page is a director of web accessibility specialists PWS. Before launching PWS in 2007 he was a BBC web producer and a member of the Corporation’s web accessibility working group. He was also the co-founder of the BBC forms accessibility working group. While at the BBC he wrote a PDF accessibility how-to guide which became part of the BBC Standards and Guidelines.
