Pierre Morel is the Engagement Manager for the Point of Single Contact in the EU Services Directive Team. Pierre is on secondment to BIS from Business Link which is the organisation that will be hosting the Point of Single contact website. His previous experience includes Local Authority programme management covering many activities, including licensing and planning projects, where he was a bridge between professionals and technical people.

A large part of his portfolio included electronic service delivery and web partnerships. More recently Pierre used his ICT and Business Management background working for SERCO as a consultant to the public sector.
