James has built a team that has become recognised for its effective and innovative approach to interface and user experience design. He has driven tmg's user centred methodology and designing the IA and experience for the Home Office, DWP, DFT, CQC, DirectGov and the IPS. He is focused on innovation and has developed an online tool set to support the understanding of people's behaviours, needs and information and interface design.
