Christine’s joined Exeter City Council in 2007, where she is responsible for the design and usability of the website and intranet, as well as monitoring all of the council’s corporate IT projects. She recently re-launched a new design of the council’s website, as it had not been modernised since 2002. In 2005, Christine also joined the Better Connected team.

Christine’s background is in Public Relations and Marketing. Prior to joining Exeter City Council, she worked in a PR agency that specialised in the property and planning sectors, as well as Borough of Poole and the Dorset For You Partnership. Whilst at Borough of Poole she completed a major restructure of the website; which subsequently went on to achieve Transactional status in the Better Connected 2004 survey.
