Ingrid Koehler is an associate with FutureGov a consultancy and social innovation incubator helping to shape the future of government. We specialise in new media consultancy for government and social innovation. Until recently, Ingrid worked with Local Government Improvement and Development on digital projects - data, transparency, using social media to support efficiency and better engagement with local people and knowledge sharing across local public services. She has written guidance on social media and performance management. She previously worked for the Audit Commission, the London Borough of Brent and the Local Government Ombudsman. She’s passionate about good governance, innovation and Tennessee football.
