David Mann, Head of Innovation, Directgov
A digital product specialist and agile development expert, David is currently working on the single domain project for the Cabinet Office.
Responsible for some key firsts, he delivered Directgov's first content APIs and was technical lead on the award-winning Directgov mobile platform.
Previous roles include a stint as Commissioning Editor for pan-European ISP Tiscali and delivering internet products for RBI, part of Reed Elsevier, a FTSE 100-listed B2B and scientific publisher.
