Conor leads on content strategy for Liverpool Direct Limited (LDL) – Liverpool City Council’s joint venture with BT. LDL provides a variety of services to organisations in the public and private sector. He led the user research, information architecture, testing and content strategy for Liverpool City Council’s new site. Prior to joining Liverpool Direct, Conor managed health informatics communities for the NHS National Programme for IT.
