Antony Clarke, Internet Business Developer, Northampton Borough Council
In his role as Internet Business Developer, Antony manages the council's web presence including the main site, microsites, and social media. Current projects including focusing the website on top tasks and reducing content on the website, and considering how best to deliver the website in the future (including the challenges of mobile websites). MyCouncil - a mapping and and reporting tool - has been live for six months, and he is looking at opportunities for this to provide information to the public about their local area. This has been now integrated with our use of Twitter to broaden methods of communication between Northampton Borough Council and its customers.
