Andy Key, Web Services Manager, Hampshire County Council
Andy Key is probably one of the longest-serving web specialists in local government, having worked on almost every aspect of web content, services and technology at Hampshire County Council for over a decade. He is currently Web Services Manager, responsible for the technical infrastructure that underlies the council's website. Prior to joining HCC he worked in the private sector, implementing point-of-sale and customer loyalty systems for a major retailer. Andy is a member of the Local Directgov Community Board.
