'Top tasks’ – why they

This workshop will look at how to plan and implement a 'top tasks' approach on your website, focusing the home page on quick and easy access directly to the top 10 or top few main tasks that your users require. It will look at how this approach can be backed up with usability testing, and how to measure/track improvements to the top tasks on a regular basis based on analytics, customer feedback and contact centre statistics.
