I've been working for Worthing Council since January 2007 as the only full time dedicated web developer and like many councils struggle with capacity. However we have managed to turn this around. I have been working with websites since 1995 and in a professional capacity since 1998. Personal interests include travel, reading and most keenly -- photography.
