David Mann, Innovate Team, Directgov

David is an industry expert on emerging platforms and technologies with over 15 years experience of the digital arena. Recently appointed Head of Innovation for Directgov, the UK government's main information website, David also developed Directgov's award-winning mobile platform. Previously, he was Commissioning Editor for one of Europe's top three ISPs as well as developing web properties for one of the world's largest business and scientific publishers. As well as enterprise web projects, David's work has encompassed broadcast, IPTV and mobile telecoms.
