Morgan McKeagney - Managing Director: iQ Content
Morgan co-founded iQ Content in July 2001. Since then, he has been instrumental in defining the company's business and expansion strategies to become one of Europe's leading internet consultancies.
Morgan is a recognised expert in web strategy, e-Government and user experience, subjects on which he has written and presented extensively. Morgan is the co-author of iQ Content's eGovernment Benchmarking Report - Benchmarking eGovernment Websites in the U.K. and Ireland: Who's getting it right? (And why.). Published in 2005, the comprehensive report evaluated 42 leading Irish and British eGovernment websites to measure how much value they deliver to citizens.
Morgan is also a Director of the Irish Internet Association (IIA) - Ireland's leading representative body for the internet industry. As Director of the IIA, Morgan was responsible for setting up Ireland's first 'User Experience Working Group', bringing together user experience, eCommerce and eGovernment experts, with a view to disseminating best-practice advice and guidelines in order to improve the overall standard of Irish websites, enhance consumer satisfaction, encourage social inclusion, and drive internet adoption rates amongst all sections of the Irish internet community.
Prior to co-founding iQ Content, Morgan had extensive experience in the e- Learning and localization industries, first with SkillSoft and latterly with VistaTEC. As an instructional designer, analyst, and consultant, he has worked with many of the world's leading IT companies, including Microsoft, Lotus, Intuit, Motorola, and Symantec.
Morgan speaks fluent French and Italian, has a BA (Hons) in International Business & Modern Languages from the University of Strathclyde, and a Masters in Economics from Trinity College, Dublin.
